these are the best in screen films for the 3G. (cannot attest to 3GS but it looks like from other reviews, it may not work).
i have ordered cheaper ($2 models) and they are terrible. pony up another 5 spot and pick this model up.
complaints about the sun; yes there are inevitably some issues in intense sunlight. i live in Los Angeles, so i i am very much aware of this condition.
but again, it's a MIRROR screen; not a transitions lens anti-glare cover.
maybe i place a high value on vanity, but it works as advertised.

The mirror looked nice, but the phone did not work with it on. It was not recognizing my touch.

I gave this product a 4 star because it did look nice and fit perfectly on the phone. Was easy to take right back off.(Since my phone would not respond)
I am gonna piggy back on another user here. This screen with mirror finish does not work with 3Gs phones, hence the 3G S(Clear), note clear in parentheses.
Did not notice that when I ordered the screen. Out nine bucks, but should've researched it better.

It is a nice looking screen protector, but beware : our iPhone 3GS did not respond to any touch at all after applying this protector. We had no way of using the touch screen with this. Perhaps Apple has changed the touch technology or something but 3GS owners do not buy this protector, it is useless to you. Wasted $10.

I bought this yesterday. First, it wouldn't stick to my screen; I kept getting bubbles under it. Then, as I was trying to get the bubbles out, I scratched the mirrored coating. Add to that the fact that it distorts colors and is USELESS in the sunlight, and this becomes the most horrible waste of cash ever.
